The class was so well structured and planned

Absolutely brilliant. The class was so well structured and planned, Ailsa and Maya were really warm, the instructions easy to follow while still engaging. We had a great time and more importantly the food was delicious!!

Lots of fun and so relaxed!

A really excellent experience! Lots of fun and so relaxed! Ailsa is a great teacher - I’m not the best at cooking and yet my meal was delicious!

Everyone in the team loved the experience

As an early Christmas do, we booked a Team Event and chose Korean Kitchen, as our cuisine. Everyone in the team loved the experience and getting to eat our efforts at the end of the session was the cherry on top. Ailsa, is a great teacher and made the class informative, while aslo being stress free and fun.

Locally sourced ingredients

Ailsa was such a wonderful instructor and we had an amazing time cooking a traditional Scottish meal with her! She gets all locally sourced ingredients and supports her fellow small business owners at the same time.

A fantastic way to experience Scotland as a family

We did Ailsa’s traditional Scottish cooking workshop as part of a family holiday in Scotland and had such a great evening! If you’re visiting Edinburgh and looking for something a little different from the usual sightseeing, we would absolutely recommend The Wee Kitchen. It was one of those experiences that really added something special to our holiday and helped us explore Scotland from another angle.

A wonderful introduction to cooking Scottish food

This was a wonderful introduction to cooking Scottish food! Ailsa was fun, knowledgeable and supportive. She had all our ingredients prepared and helped us to make a delicious traditional Cullen Skink stew followed by melt in your mouth shortbread. We also sampled Scottish cheeses and made new friends. I highly recommend this experience. It is well-worth the money and the time!!!

Loved it!

We had a fabulous time at the Korean cooking class and learned so much. Niamh was an excellent instructor, the venue was well-equipped, and it was lovely to share a meal with all the other participants at the end. Loved it!
