Join us for a relaxed evening of festive cooking at The Cookbook Shop! With a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cooking, we'll be making a selection of delicious savoury bites that are perfect for entertaining over the festive season. On the menu: Gilda - A classic Spanish pintxo of olives, anchovies and pickled peppers to kick off the evening Gougères - Light, savoury French cheese puffs, demonstrated during the class. Smoked Mackerel Pâté Crostini - Crisp crostini topped with a rich, creamy Smoked Mackerel Pâté. Wontons with Chilli Oil – Learn to fold your own Wontons and enjoy with a delicious Chilli Oil Sauce Throughout the evening, you'll enjoy a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cooking, before sitting down together to enjoy everything we've prepared. As with all classes at The Wee Kitchen, this is a relaxed, sociable cooking experience. Location: The Cookbook Shop, Edinburgh Time: 6:30pm–9:30pm BYOB: Feel free to bring along your favourite drinks to enjoy throughout the evening. Suitability: This class is suitable for all levels of cook, from complete beginners to confident home cooks. Dietaries: This class is suitable for pescatarians. Working in pairs: You'll be working in pairs during the hands-on elements of the class. Don't worry if you're booking on your own – we'll make sure you have someone to cook with!
